In this 8 week Women’s Sexuality 101 Psycho-Education Group, you will discover who you were created to be as a sexual being.
In this group you can expect to:
- Identify and express the feelings associated with your grief
- Learn the “basics” of sexual anatomy and why it matters.
- Learn your turn ons and turn offs and how to listen to them.
- Learn that you are normal & that nothing is wrong with you.
- Learn how to maximize desire with your spouse.
- Learn to eliminate the shame around sex.
